Start with the engineering requirements
We review the drawing revision, material grade, quantity, critical features and inspection requirements before confirming a manufacturing route. Materials are assessed by exact grade, condition, geometry and process compatibility.
Precision can reach 0.5 μm on suitable features, subject to drawing review and agreed measurement conditions. Typical lead time is approximately one week, adjusted for project complexity, material, quantity, finishing and inspection. Confirm the actual scope and delivery schedule in the quotation.
